After nearly 4 years building ventures at McKinsey & Company, I’ve recently taken on a new challenge: helping scale a niche HealthTech company focused on developing medical imaging software (PACS/RIS).
At Code Ingeniería Informática I lead strategy, commercial development, and operations for a business that has been serving hospitals and radiology clinics for over 20 years. We develop proprietary software solutions that improve how healthcare professionals store, access, distribute, and interpret medical images — enabling better clinical workflows and outcomes.
Previously, I founded Alterna in 2014, an electric power and gas retailer in Spain, with a unique customer centric value proposition, that grew to 170,000+ customers and €100M+ in revenue, and was later acquired by Repsol.
