After graduating in Engineering and gaining experience at companies in the industrial plants and optics sectors, Sergio began his long journey in precision mechanics with Brovedani, starting in the Technical Office in 1990, becoming CEO in 2011, and President in 2018.
This experience enabled him to develop advanced management skills, further refined through an MBA program at the University of Bologna. His expertise is evidenced by Brovedani’s tenfold growth, surpassing €100 million in revenue, along with its international expansion across 3 countries and 2 continents. He also led a generational renewal by creating a team of professionals across all company functions, transforming the company into a "pocket multinational" specializing in automotive components.
In parallel, he gained additional regional experience as Vice President of Confindustria Alto Adriatico and currently holds the positions of President of the Ponte Rosso-Tagliamento Industrial Consortium and the FVG Metalworking Cluster, COMET.
Sergio joined CAI as an Associate Partner to develop Strategic, Lean, and Digital transformation projects in the industrial field.
After earning his degree in Management Engineering, Davide began his professional career as a project engineer at Atlas Concorde in the ceramics sector. In 2022, he transitioned to consulting with Amodio & Partners, focusing on digital transformation and innovation projects.
Through these roles, he developed expertise in managing projects related to business process transformation and gained deep knowledge of organizational change.
Having joined the CAI team as an Associate Consultant, he now leverages his experience with a particular focus on optimizing office-based processes and service functions.
Andrei is a software developer specializing in DevOps. In his R&D role, he has designed, developed, and maintained software solutions for business clients, using programming languages such as Python and Node to implement artificial intelligence tools aimed at optimizing business operational workflows.
Thanks to a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and over 10 years of experience in strategic consulting, Luca has developed strong expertise in Customer Base Management and Analytics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Strategic Marketing. He has gained experience across various sectors, including insurance, media and entertainment, and consumer goods. In recent years, he has focused on loyalty strategies, revenue growth, and enhancing the digital customer experience.
With an innovative and curious approach, he supports clients in unlocking the potential of their data, creating real and sustainable value for the company.
After graduating in Mechanical Engineering from Sant'Anna in Pisa and gaining a brief experience at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Luca immediately began his journey in strategic consulting at BCG.

With an engineering background and a specialization in Manufacturing & Management from the University of Cambridge, Riccardo developed his expertise in the production sector during his 4 years as an Operations consultant at McKinsey.
There, he focused on launching transformation initiatives across multiple industries, working on optimizing layouts and flows, as well as transferring communication and leadership skills to client teams to ensure a path of continuous and irreversible improvement.
Riccardo joined the CAI team as a Project Manager, primarily supporting manufacturing clients in addressing their current and future challenges through Lean, digitalization, and AI, both in production and support functions.
For over 20 years, he has worked with companies providing digital services, covering various roles: full stack developer, backend engineer, and in recent years, as a Technical Leader of development teams in the fields of Cloud services and System integrations.
Holding a bachelor's in engineering and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, mine is a transformative journey in the technology industry. Over the past five years, my career has evolved from a software developer to a technology leader, marked by several progressive leadership roles and impactful projects. From leading multiple agile teams to deliver innovative software solutions in various areas using machine learning, RPA, etc. to managing many digital transformation projects for 10+ customers, working with cross-functional teams to cut costs and improve productivity, I not only solidified my leadership capabilities but also sharpened my technical acumen.
My approach has always been data-driven, focusing on constantly monitoring KPIs and seizing opportunities for continuous improvement.

After 4 years at Philip Morris International and 7 years at McKinsey, he developed a decade-long expertise as a C-Level executive and investor, overseeing 4 successful transformations and 2 acquisitions through a fund he co-founded in 2022. Today, he is the CEO of a private tech company based in the United States.

He later strengthened his expertise at multinational consulting firms such as Native Strategy and Deloitte, working both in Italy and abroad on industrial plans, process mapping, and redesign for companies operating in the Automotive, Manufacturing, Sports, and Defense sectors.
