Alessandro holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pisa, complemented by experience as researcher at Fermilab, the premier US national laboratory for particle physics.
As a former Manager at Bain & Company, Alessandro led high-stakes projects for multinational clients, specializing in complex post-merger integrations (PMI) and performance improvement within the Manufacturing and Services sectors. Furthermore, he spearheaded commercial and operations due diligence projects, supporting leading investment funds during strategic company acquisitions.
Now at CAI, Alessandro leverages his extensive background in strategic consulting and operational excellence to deliver high-impact solutions for complex organizational and industrial challenges.
