AI Implementation manager

Role Description

We are looking for an Implementation Manager to lead implementation projects for solutions based on Artificial Intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients in defining and managing initiatives, while simultaneously coordinating the technical team and ensuring the achievement of expected results in terms of time, quality, and value generated.


The role combines consulting skills – to understand and translate business needs – with the ability to communicate effectively with developers and technology partners.

Responsibilities

  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Understand needs, define clear objectives, and regularly share progress updates.
  • Project Governance: Ensure the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects according to agreed-upon timelines and quality standards.
  • Team Coordination: Organize and support the work of developers, ensuring continuous alignment and collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate critical issues related to technologies, data, and complex integrations, proposing practical solutions.

Core Competencies

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Consulting/Project Management roles, preferably on digital or AI projects.
  • Consulting Skills: Strong ability to build client relationships, analyze needs, and synthesize them into operational roadmaps.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with common technology stacks (e.g., Node.js, Python, React), relational databases, and language model APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
  • Project Management Methodologies: Proven experience in managing complex projects with technical involvement.
  • Languages: Fluent Italian and at least a B2 level of English for interaction with international clients and partners.

Nice-to-Have Competencies

  • Experience with AI projects (Chatbots, RAG, Voicebots, automations).
  • Knowledge of automation (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) and communication (Twilio, Telnyx) platforms.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish language.
