Paolo built his career across both strategic consulting and executive management. He worked first at Accenture and later at McKinsey, where he supported leading Financial Services companies on Operations & IT strategy and large-scale transformation programs.
He subsequently held senior executive roles in Financial Services and other service organizations, leading major initiatives in operational excellence, technology transformation, digital innovation and business growth. He later rejoined Accenture, first leading a cluster of insurance clients and then serving as General Manager of a large banking and insurance operations business.
At CAI, he works as Senior Advisor, combining the strategic perspective of a consultant with the hands-on experience of an executive, with a particular focus on Customer Operations, transformation and AI-enabled innovation.
