Prior to joining Customer Analytics, he spent over 13 years at McKinsey & Company, leading customer care and operational transformation programs across insurance, banking, telecom, and technology sectors in Europe and Latin America.
He also brings direct operational leadership experience, where he led international claims and customer care operations for an Insurance Company in Europe, combining strategic consulting expertise with hands-on operational execution and AI deployment experience.
