Eleonora holds a Master of Science in General Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Università del Salento.
She began her professional journey in the Audit Assurance team at Ernst & Young, where she supported the preparation of financial documentation for publicly traded digital and healthcare corporations.
Subsequently, she served as a Junior Controller for the CFO-office of a media company specialized in digital advertising and marketing consulting services. In this role, she focused on performance reporting, consolidated month-end closings, and the optimization of supplier relationships and structural costs.
At CAI, Eleonora leverages her expertise in finance operations alongside a proactive organizational approach to streamline financial controlling and support HR activities.
