He began his professional career in Advisory and Martech, serving as a Senior Consultant at Jakala. During this time, he developed strong expertise in Sales and Customer Operations, CRM, and Analytics, managing strategic projects for major global players across the Automotive, Energy, and Industrial sectors.
Now at CAI, Tommaso leverages his deep understanding of digital transformation and operational excellence to help clients optimize their commercial strategies and enhance customer value.
