Alonso leads business development for CAI’s Latin America practice, covering customer strategy, commercial transformation and AI-driven growth for clients across the region. He works both on joint engagements with our strategy-consulting clients and directly with CAI’s own clients in telecom, financial services, higher education and consumer sectors.
Before consulting, Alonso spent over ten years building the B2C business at Entel Perú, rising to Vice President of the consumer unit with responsibility for a ~US$800M P&L and teams of 500+. He is also a founder and investor in fitness and health businesses in Peru. He is based in Lima.
